*Announcement*
On July 22, 2020, the Polk County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing regarding planning applications PA 18-01 and ZC 18-02.

- At the hearing, it was announced that additional evidence can be submitted into the record until August 5, 2020 @ 5:00 PM.
- Rebuttal of any evidence that was submitting during the 2-week open record period can be submitted until August 12, 2020 @ 5:00 PM.
- Final arguments by the Applicants can be submitted until August 19, 2020 @ 5:00 PM, at which time the record will close.  
- On October 7, 2020 @ 9:00 AM, the Board of Commissioners will deliberate this matter.
