Board of Property Tax Appeals (BOPTA)
The Clerk’s Office serves as the liaison between board members, taxpayers and the Assessor during the property tax appeal process. Handling all administrative duties of the board, the Board of Property Tax Appeal (BOPTA) Clerk is in charge of receiving all petitions, scheduling the hearings, and producing the official orders.

BY 5:00 PM ON December 31st. ****HOWEVER, SINCE DECEMBER 31ST. 2016 IS ON A WEEK-END THE PETITIONS WILL BE DUE BY 5:OO P.M ON JANUARY 3RD.****
