The Clerk’s Office serves as the liaison between board members, taxpayers and the Assessor during the property tax appeal process. Handling all administrative duties of the board, the Board of Property Tax Appeal (BOPTA) Clerk is in charge of receiving all petitions, scheduling the hearings, and producing the official orders.

ALL COMPLETED PETITIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE
