Marriage License Update

We will be increasing the security of our web servers running secure HTTP (HTTPS) beginning February 6th, 2017. Machines running older browsers or Operating Systems like Windows Vista or Windows XP may not be able to connect portions of our site requiring HTTPS as a result.

If you are not able to open the online marriage link, the form is available in the Clerk's Office at 850 Main Street, Dallas Oregon 97338.

Once the marriage license is completed, it will be saved into a system that the Clerk’s Office will access at the time the couple comes in to pay the $50.00 license fee. Both applicants must appear in person at the time of purchase for the license to be issued.  A certified copy may also be purchased for an additional $4.00.

Office hours to obtain the license are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.  Payment may be made in the form of check, cash, credit/debit card, or money order. Please allow 15-20 minutes to obtain the license.
