If you believe you have information about a crime or case being investigated by the Polk County Sheriff's Office and it is not an emergency, please provide us information below so we can follow up on your tip.    Tips may remain anonymous, but we encourage you to leave a contact number in case we need to clarify or have further questions about the information you provided.
