The Polk County Hearings Officer will be considering an annual solid waste collection rate adjustment request from Brandt's Sanitary Service Inc. serving Central East  and South East Polk County solid waste collection franchise area. Brandt's Sanitary Service Inc. is requesting a 4.2% rate adjustment increase to all solid waste collection services.

Location of Hearing:    850 Main St., Polk County Courthouse, Dallas, Oregon 97338.
