Stephanie Gilbert is the Early Learning & Family Engagement Supervisor for Polk County. Prior to this position, she worked as one of two Family Resource Navigators for Polk County and prior to that, she worked as the Cover Oregon Outreach Specialist for the County. In this position, she worked to ensure that families were connected with Health Insurance and understood how to access health services as well as other resources.

Stephanie graduated from Western Oregon University where she studied Public Policy and Administration as well as Criminal Justice focusing specifically on Emergency Management and resource networks in rural communities.  As an undergraduate she had the opportunity to be a part of the Alternative Break program doing Hurricane Relief in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and moving a fishing village in Kotzebue, Alaska.

Outside of work Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth volleyball and catching as many Oregon football games as she can.
