Service Integration Newsletter

The Service Integration Newsletter is shared with over 1,000 Service Integration Team members and community partners in the county and surrounding areas. It is a great way to share resource information and agency updates. If you would like to contribute an article or announcement to the monthly newsletter please send submissions to fco.service.integration@co.polk.or.us. Submissions should include a brief write up describing the announcement or update and a flyer or handout if one is available. You may also include an image or agency logo with your submission. To subscribe to the newsletter use the "Subscribe Email Lists" link on the left side bar of this page.
