PC Health & Human Services Receives $90,000 Grant

The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) awarded grants through the Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative, a multi-year initiative to enhance parenting education programs across Oregon. Polk County Health & Human Services will receive $90,000 each year for 3 years to provide:

  • Staff to coordinate parenting resources in Polk County;
  • Parenting classes in English and Spanish continually through out the county;
  • A comprehensive parenting resource web site; and
  • Training for trainers to expand number of parent educators and trainers in our County
