BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCE NETWORK (BHRN)

The goal of our BHRN program is to provide a single point of access to harm reduction, treatment, and recovery for people who use alcohol or drugs.  This program was originally funded through the Oregon legislature by a ballot initiative called Measure 110, which had the goal of expanding access to treatment across the state of Oregon.  The BHRN program promotes a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing.

WHO WE SERVE

Any Polk County resident who uses alcohol or drugs is eligible for the services provided by our BHRN program at no cost.
