Annie Buse is an Alcohol and Drug prevention coordinator for Polk County. 

She grew up in Corvallis, OR living there for 13 years before attending College at Corban University in Salem, OR.  Annie has always had a passion for sports and during her time at Corban she played softball her first two years, then switched over to play basketball for the final two years of her undergrad. In 2017, Annie received her degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biblical Studies. 

After attending college, Annie continued to grow her passion for health and wellness taking a professional position which included encouraging youth to develop healthy lifestyles. She loved the opportunity to help youth gain healthy skills, which she knew would positively impact their future. Her other professional positions have built upon her knowledge about wellness and overall health.  

In her free time, Annie loves to spend time with her Golden Retriever named Kevin. She also loves being with family and gardening during the summer.
