Measure 27-105 Approved by Voters
Election evening results show an overwhelming approval for Measure 27-105, which asked voters if the three Polk County Commissioner positions should be classified as nonpartisan.
As of last count, a total of 12,329 votes were cast, which translates to 30.05% of registered voters.
9,237 votes (75.01%) voted in favor of the measure, while 3,078 votes (24.99%) were received in opposition.
