Clerk-Assessor Records Search Services

Polk County's Web Query application allows individuals to research extensive information on recorded documents, as well as assessment and taxation information. Through the County's Web Query application, searches can be done for various recorded documents, as well as assessment and tax records, by name, year and other search criteria. Liens, deeds, mortgages, tax statements, assessment reports and other information are available. This information is public record and is governed by Oregon Public Records Law. The Web Query application was developed to provide convenient access to these documents and information. Using Web Query, users have access to data that previously had to be obtained from visits to our County office.

If local, please visit the Polk County Clerk's Office to register. Access to Web Query is offered by subscription only and costs $20.00 per year. Once signed up, a username and password will be given out to grant access to the County records. If outside the area, please send a written request to sign up for this service. This written request should contain your name, phone, email, and address in which to mail the information back to. Please include a check for $20.00 made out to Polk County Clerk's office.
