This site has been approved by Polk County Community Corrections and is maintained by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc. This is a secure website for making payments to Polk County Community Corrections.
Debit transactions will be charged a flat non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.
Credit transactions will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 or 2.49% whichever the greater per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.

IF you are attempting to buy-out community service hours PLEASE verify with our office that you/your case is approved for buy-out. IF you attempt to buy-out community service hours and have not been approved to do so your transaction will be voided or applied to any other outstanding fees you may owe. Buy-out cost has increased to $12 per hour effective July 1, 2021.
Effective October 1, 2021, as a result of Senate Bill 620, Polk County Community Corrections will no longer be charging a monthly Supervision Fee to any clients on supervision with our office.
What You Need:

You will need your State ID # if on active supervision or if you are no longer on supervision and making a payment on a closed file payment plan.

If you are on any other type of supervision (Bench Probation, Court Probation, ect.) you will use your Case number as your ID #.
