Your Child Can Have Health Coverage!

Do your children need health insurance? They may qualify for Oregon’s Healthy Kids insurance program. Healthy Kids is a new program that provides free or low cost health care coverage for Oregon kids and teens. Even kids with current health conditions can enroll.

Coverage lasts for at least one full year and can be extended so long as the child is still eligible.

If you thought you would not qualify or haven’t qualified in the past, please fill out an application. The application process in now easier and Polk County Public Health can assist you!

Who Qualifies?
The child must be age 18 or younger; the child must live in Oregon and be a legal resident; and household income can’t be more than 300 percent of the federal poverty level. This is about $66,000 for a family of four.
