Administration

The office supports the Director, Roadmaster, the Survey and Engineering Department, and the Shop staff.

The Polk County Publics Works Office:

• Provides Polk County maps and informational brochures to visitors.
• Provides phone assistance to Polk County residents with service requests.
• Provides assistance with choosing the appropriate forms for a customer's needs.
• Processes accounts receivable and payable for the department.
• Administers the Adopt-a-Road program.
• Administers the Vegetation Management program.

We are available by phone (503) 623-9287 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the office closing between noon and 1 p.m. for lunch.
