This site has been approved by Polk County Juvenile and is maintained by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc. This is a secure website for making payments to Polk County Juvenile.
Debit transactions will be charged a flat non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.
Credit transactions will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 or 2.49% whichever the greater per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.
