In an effort to keep clients and staff safe, the Academy Building is closed to walk-in services, but will remain open for appointments only.

PSW timesheets may be submitted via email to: bh.mh.dd.pswtimesheets@co.polk.or.us
PSW timesheets may also be dropped off in person at the Main Street entrance of the Academy Building from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Polk County Developmental Disabilities Program offers some resources for Personal Support Workers.

Personal Support Workers (PSW's) assist eligible individuals with personal care, household tasks and being active in the community.
