Copies of Reports:

     $15 Minimum (+ $1/page after 15 pages)
     All personal information is redacted unless requested by an attorney or insurance company
    

Copies of Photos, Audio & Video:

     $25 per cd/dvd

Research Fee:

     $15 per name or address (Does not include a copy of the report)

False Alarm Fees: (Per calendar year – without authorized cancellation)

     1st  False Alarm:  advisement letter
     2nd  False Alarm:  warning letter
     3rd  False Alarm:  $25
     4th  False Alarm:  $50
     5th  False Alarm:  $100
     After 5:  $100 each incident

Towed Vehicles: $100   Cash, VISA or MasterCard ONLY        

Fingerprinting: $25 up to 2 cards ($12.50 each additional card)
                             Fingerprinting for an Oregon Concealed Handgun License is separate
