Fees For a Domestic Partnership:
MARRIAGE OR DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP LICENSE: $60.00
3 DAY WAIVER: $25.00
AMEND MARRIAGE LICENSE OR DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP LICENSE: $25.00
DUPLICATE CEREMONIAL CERTIFICATE: $10.00
DUPLICATE MARRIAGE LICENSE AND PACKET: $25.00
CERTIFIED COPY OF LICENSE: $7.75
Effective January 1, 2024, couples wishing to be legally recognized partners in a domestic partnership may register with the County Clerk's office.
Forms may be obtained at: https://ormldp.helioncloud.com/instructions, or at the County Clerk's office.
Requirements
If the form is not typed it must be in blue or black ink.
At least one partner must be a resident of Oregon.
Both partners must be 18 years of age and older.
Both partners' signatures must be notarized by a Notary Public. There are notaries available throughout the building or you may use an outside notary. Once the form is completed, signed and notarized, it must be filed at a County Clerk's office in Oregon.
Fees:
$60.00, payable by cash, check, credit/debit and money orders.
Registered partners will receive a copy of the registered Declaration of Domestic Partnership, along with a commemorative Certificate of Registered Domestic Partnership form. An optional certified copy may be purchased for an additional $7.75 over the counter or $11.50 through the mail.
