1 year: $15
2 year: $25
3 year: $35

Non-Altered:

1 year: $30
2 year: $55
3 year: $80

Late Fee (After a 30 day grace period): $10 per dog

Late Fee if you received a citation OR dog impounded: $50 (+ Mandatory Micro Chip & Registration) per dog

Tag Replacement: $4

Impound Fee: Fees determined & paid at the Willamette Valley Humane Society in Salem Oregon
