Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Jail division announces Deputy Scott Eastlund as 2013 Deputy of the Year.  Deputy Eastlund has been a corrections deputy with the Polk County jail since 2002.  Scott is a tremendous asset to the jail division.  His dedication to this office, positive attitude and great work ethic are displayed every day.  Scott is described by his co-workers as professional, witty, reliable, and always willing to help others.  One co-worker wrote, “Deputy Eastlund works circles around the rest of us and doesn’t complain about it!  I love working with him!”  Another wrote, “He is head and shoulders above the rest and should be recognized!”
