Where Do I Obtain a Restraining Order?

Per ORS 21.300: (1) The sheriff of a county shall collect the following fees in civil actions, suits and proceedings for each case delivered to the office of the sheriff:

In order for the Sheriff's Office to process and serve papers, we need the following:

The Polk County Sheriff's Office Civil Division responds to all legal processes directed to the Sheriff, including, but not limited to: Writs of Execution

Across the County, crime is of concern to citizens.

The S.A.L.T. program is designed to bring a partnership of shared values between the community and the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Reserve deputies volunteer their time to assist the Sheriff’s Office employees with patrol and corrections duties, as well as crime prevention and special events.

The Polk County Patrol Division is under the command of Captain Jeff Isham.  At this time we have two shifts per day.
