Get Zoning Information

You can find zoning information by using Polk County WebMaps. Start by searching a property by address, owner, account, or tax lot number.  Select "Zoning" in the tool bar. 

After finding the zoning of the property, you can review the zoning ordinance chapters on the Community Development Planning Division website.

WebMaps is an internet based tool that provides basic information about geographically (map) referenced information publicly available at Polk County. You can query tax lots in a number of ways.
