October 12th.

Online Marriage Application

The Polk County Clerk’s Office is now offering couples wishing to obtain a marriage license, the opportunity to fill out the required paperwork on-line.

 

Property Values Appeals Board

The Clerk’s Office serves as the liaison between board members, taxpayers and the Assessor during the property tax appeal process.

The filing fee is $40.00 per account.
