Marriage Ceremonies

The Polk County Clerk is available to perform marriage ceremonies for a fee of $117.00.  Please contact our office at the below number for availability and to set up an appointment.  We are often available for last minute ceremonies.

To be married by a Marion County Justice of the Peace- Spanish speaking ceremonies are available.
