Did you get your ballot?

Ballots will start to be mailed out beginning May 1st, 2024. If your ballot arrives and its damaged, spill something, lose your ballot, or if you do not receive it by May 9th, take action by calling Polk County Clerk's Office at 503-623-9217 for a replacement ballot.

Ballot marking checklist: 

  • Check your ballot for instructions about whether you can use pen or pencil, black ink or blue.
  • Be sure to completely fill in the ovals or boxes next to your choices.
  • You don't have to vote in all contests. Your other votes will still count.
  • You cannot change you vote once you've mailed or dropped off your ballot.
