The Polk County Clerk’s Office is now offering couples wishing to obtain a marriage license, the opportunity to fill out the required paperwork on-line.

Polk County Clerk’s Office is now offering electronic document recording (eRecording).  This service allows you to record your documents more rapidly than if documents are mailed.  Documents must be submitted via a third party vendor and currently Polk County is contracted with three vendors, Simplifile, CSC eRecording Solutions​, and Indecomm.  Please see below for contact information.

Polk County offers online permit services through the State of Oregon’s ePermitting website.

Oregon voters can register, change their address or political party and check their current registration status online at oregonvotes.gov or by filling out a paper card.
