Meeting will take place in the Arts and Crafts Building from 5:00pm - 9:00pm

In order to provide proof of residency, you must have the most up-to-date information on your Oregon Driver’s License or Oregon Identification Card and they must be valid. 

You may also provide one of the following:

• DMV receipt showing your name and change of address

• Current rental or lease agreement

• Current voter registration card
    * People who travel & have no permanent residence, but consider Polk County as home may use this
