Are you searching for a fulfilling volunteer opportunity? Look no further. Our volunteers help to diminish the devastating impact of crime on families and individuals by assisting with navigation of the legal system. As a Victims Assistance Program volunteer, you will play a role in reducing the impact of trauma on crime victims, while improving our community’s involvement in and knowledge of the legal system. Volunteers make it possible for us to provide many needed services to crime victims.

  • Electronically updating case files and information
  • Regular communication with crime victims on case status, court dates and other important information 
  • Provide referrals to community resources 
  • Assist staff at Grand Jury and other court proceedings 
  • Help with evaluation and program improvement
