Criteria to be eligible:

●  Must live in Oregon
●  Pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or have an infant or child under the age of 5
●  Resource (foster) parents or foster child under the age of 5
●  Nutrition risk - identified by WIC staff
●  Income at or below 185% of federal poverty level, more information available here.
●  Automatically income eligible if you are on: SNAP, Medicaid, or TANF
