You can schedule inspections 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone, online, or through an App on your smart phone. Polk County permit numbers start with a 687, then a year, followed by a six digit number, and then an extension designating the permit type. Be sure to use the 687- prefix when entering your permit number to schedule an inspection or to search for a permit number. Your permit number should look something like 687-20-000123-XXX (older permits may look like 687-B13-100-XXX). You do not need to enter the letters at the end of your permit number when searching for your permit, so you could enter, 687-13-000123. If you schedule your inspection after the cut-off time, your inspection will be scheduled for the following business day. You will need to use the Oregon ePermitting Inspection Codes when scheduling your inspection. This document can also be found below under Supporting Documents.
