This site has been approved by Polk County Community Corrections and is maintained by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.  This is a secure website for making payments to Polk County Community Corrections. 

Debit transactions will be charged a flat non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.

Credit transactions will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of $2.50 or 2.49% whichever the greater per transaction by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc.

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the accuracy of your payment. 

Community Service hours buy-out - PLEASE verify with our office that you/your case is approved for buy-out.  IF you attempt to buy-out community service hours and have not been approved to do so your transaction will be voided or applied to any other outstanding fees you may owe. Buy-out cost has increased to $15 per hour effective July 1, 2025.

Effective July 1, 2025 there has been a significant change to the Communtiy Corrections fees. If you have questions please contact our office or speak to your Probation Officer.

What You Need:

• You will need your State ID # if on active supervision or if you are no longer on supervision and making a payment on a closed file payment plan.

• If you are on any other type of supervision (Bench Probation, Court Probation, ect.) you will use your Case number as your ID #.
