Commissioner Jeremy Gordon
Commissioner Jeremy Gordon was appointed to the Board of Commissioners in August 2021 and elected to a four year term in May 2022.
Jeremy previously served as Mayor of Falls City from 2017 – 2021 and helped lead many successful projects and community initiatives. He has worked in the fields of higher education administration, finance, and music performance. Commissioner Gordon has found that nothing of value gets accomplished without a dedicated team of collaborators and a positive vision for the future.
Jeremy lives in beautiful Falls City with his wife where they are raising their son and two dogs. He grew up in small town Wisconsin with his five siblings, parents, and grandmother and enjoyed fishing trips to his grandparents' cottage in Northern Wisconsin during the summers. His father was a middle school art teacher and small business owner who instilled in his children the co-equal values of hard work and good humor.
Commissioner Gordon believes that service to community is essential for a fulfilling life and wishes to impart this value to his son. Some of his service activities, affiliations, and accomplishments include:
