The Polk County Family & Community Outreach Department (FCO) has moved! FCO is excited to announce that all programs have moved to the new location in Monmouth behind the Roth's Fresh Market, and the Resource Center will now be known as the Polk Community Resource Center. The new address is 1407 Monmouth Independence Highway, Monmouth, OR 97361, and the main office number is 503-751-1644. FCO's typical office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, closing for lunch each day from 12 pm - 1 pm.
