Job Opening Web Pages Experiencing Technical Difficulites

A few of our Personnel web pages are experiencing technical difficulties. This is a high priority and we are working on getting it resolved.

Current Polk County Jobs Openings can be viewed by scrolling towards the bottom (past the site map) of the Polk County Job Openings web page. 

Applicants are able to apply online by selecting the job opening of interest, then scroll down towards the bottom of the new page, and click "apply" to be directed to the "Sign in to apply or Create an account" screen.

Wildfire Protection in Polk County

The Oregon Department of Forestry is responsible for protecting public and private forestland from fire, including millions of acres on the "wildland-Urban interface" where houses and other structures lie within the reach of wildfire. The West Oregon Fire Protection District provides that protection in Polk, Lincoln and Benton Counties.
