The Place for Youth Health in Polk County offers health services to you for FREE or at a low cost.

What we can do for you:

Provides a range of community support services to individuals with a serious mental illness who have been referred by the Adult Behavioral Health Services team.

2025 has some great contests to enter with some really great prizes!!
