National Recovery Month

Every September SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) sponsors Recovery Month to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use issues and celebrate the people who recover. In the newspaper, and on the internet, it is easy to find many horror stories about addiction and mental health, the havoc substance abuse and/or mental health issues create for families, children, schools, and communities.

Survey for Confirmation of Real Property Sale

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. The information you will be providing is greatly appreciated and very useful in how well we are able to do our job.

If you have any questions about the survey, or need assistance while you are completing the survey, please feel free to contact the Assessor’s Office at (503) 623-8391.

The information gathered from sales of properties in Polk County is used to help us determine the Real Market Value for properties that have not sold. While some of the questions may seem intrusive, they are necessary to help us determine the conditions and circumstances around how the property sold.

We believe that providing this service to the people of Polk County will be a significantly improvement to the quality of service as it relates to processing manufactured structure documents.

Tiny Homes and Park Models are considered a Manufactured Structure and will be charged accordingly.

To have Polk County process your Manufactured Structure documents you will be charged the MHODS fee plus the applicable Polk County fee(s). Fees shown below.

Building Codes fees (MHODS):

  • $55 Processing Fee
  • $5 Trip Permit (per side)

Polk County fees:

If a customer does not want to pay these Polk County fees, they have the option to file directly with Building Codes and pay only their fees.
