VSO OUT OF OFFICE

The Polk County Veteran Services Officer will be OUT of the Office.
During this time office staff will be able to schedule appointments for when the VSO is back in the office, after the new year. They will be able to answer general and basic questions, help locate resources, and scan/upload documents for claims.
There will be a period of time where the main database will be down for maintenance (December 22nd - December 29th) where the office staff will have no access to look up information pertaining to claims. During this time, the only tasks office staff will be able to perform are referrals to local agencies, scan documents, and answer general questions.
