The Polk County Clerk is available to perform marriage ceremonies.  Please contact our office at the below number for availability and to set up an appointment.  We are often available for last minute ceremonies.

To be married by a Marion County Justice of the Peace- Spanish speaking ceremonies are available.

Pursuant to ORS 294.250, the Board of Commissioners' record of list of expenditures to vendors over $500 according to the records of the County Clerk and Treasurer for previous months is posted below and available for review at the county courthouse. Copies of all or part of the posted information may be obtained from the County upon payment of a fee not exceeding the actual costs incurred by the County in making copies of the posted information.
