The Clerk's Direct/Indirect Search Historical Index application allows you to search Clerk scanned images of direct/indirect books to find historic non-indexed deeds and records.

The Clerk's Office maintains the historical index of land deeds called “Deed Volumes" and "Book of Records.”  Deed Volumes are land records from 1854 to 1973.  Book of Records are land records from 1973 to 1985.  Book of Records has a slight overlap from book to book.

Documents will be available with watermarks for free.  Documents without watermarks may be purchased through the website.
