The Polk County Planning Commission will hold work sessions and public hearings to receive testimony and consider text amendments to the Polk County Zoning Ordinance (PCZO). The proposed amendments would implement House Bill 3400 (HB 3400), which legislated recreational marijuana uses and clarified laws related to medical marijuana processing activities and dispensaries.
