UPDATE

This month on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, there will be an Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) National Test.  FEMA, in coordination with the FCC, will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) system which will interrupt some cell phones, radio and television broadcasts in order to bring you official information in case of an emergency.
