The Polk County Board of Commissioners and Polk County Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing with appointed and elected representatives from the City of Salem, the City of Keizer, and Marion County concerning amendment of the Salem-Keizer Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and corresponding amendments to the Polk County Transportation System Plan (TSP). The proposed UGB amendment would accommodate the transportation need identified in the Salem River Crossing Preferred Alternative, a new bridge across the Willamette River.
