Become a Foster Parent!!!

Polk County Youth Programs is made up of several programs under that title. These programs include the Mentor Program, DHS Independent Living Program, OYA Independent Living Program, Juvenile Community Service and the Juvenile Restitution Program. These programs work with youth between the ages of 12 and 25, depending on which program they are involved with.
