Records Division

Welcome to the Polk County Sheriff's Office Records Division. Our office hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, closed over the lunch hour from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. If you are calling in a complaint, make sure you are calling the correct agency to save yourself some time. The agency you need to contact will have jurisdiction where the incident actually occurred. We handle calls outside the city limits of Dallas, Independence, and Monmouth. We also patrol Falls City, Grand Ronde, and dog-related complaints within the city limits of West Salem. If you are having an emergency, please call 911.

Payments can be made with cash, checks & money orders. We will also gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and debit cards with the VISA emblem, but NOT over the phone.
