Adult Outpatient Clinic provides a full range of mental health services, including comprehensive mental health assessments and a personalized plan for treatment. Services offered on-site include individual and group therapy as well as medication management. Individuals who are in need of additional services and resources will be referred to appropriate community programs.

Mental Health Assessments - Polk County offers some same day appointments through
Open Access appointments. Or you can choose to select a scheduled appointment. For more information contact us at the main number of the clinic that is closest to you.

Individual and Group Therapy - After a mental health assessment, individuals with a mental health condition can receive individual and group therapy to learn ways to manage symptoms. Group offerings include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Seeking Safety. DBT helps people learn skills to better manage their emotions and Seeking Safety offers skills and information about coping with past traumas and substance abuse issues.
