Immunizations

Immunizations (vaccine or shots) for infants, children and adults are offered Mondays and Thursdays by appointment. Vaccines protect your child against many childhood diseases. TB tests are available by appointment on Mondays. Please call 503.623.8175 to schedule an appointment. To obtain a copy of your child's immunization record (if immunizations were given in Oregon), visit the Oregon Immunization Alert website. Information about travel immunizations is available from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Traveler's Health website.
