Immunizations

Immunizations (vaccine or shots) for infants, children and adults are offered Mondays and Thursdays by appointment. Vaccines protect your child against many childhood diseases. TB tests are available by appointment on Mondays. Please call 503.623.8175 to schedule an appointment. Our supply of seasonal flu vaccine has all been given out.  Public Health will not be getting anymore seasonal flu vaccine this year.  Other providers in the area may be getting more.  Please check with them.

To obtain a copy of your child's immunization record (if immunizations were given in Oregon), visit the Oregon Immunization Alert website. Information about travel immunizations is available from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Traveler's Health website.
