The Arena at Polk County Fairgrounds

Arena is Closed for the season 

Make sure you check the calendar to ensure there are no events using the arena prior to coming out. 

The arena at the Polk County Fairgrounds has been groomed and is waiting for you and your group. We have worked extra hard this year to ensure our equine visitors have a quality facility to engage in riding activities.

Riding permits may be obtained in our office during business hours or at the caretaker's home (nearby) after-hours and on weekends. Please check in at the office or caretakers when you arrive.

Please check our calendar of events to make sure there is not a scheduled event using the arena

Arena Sizes

Practice Arena: 86' x 230'
Riding Arena: 130' x 230'

Rental Costs

Day/Season Permits: There is no charge to ride during the day, however you must check in at the office or the caretaker's and fill out a permit. Those riding without a permit will be asked to leave and not permitted back.

Arena Rental: $500.00 per day for non-alcohol events                                                                                                                                                                   $1,500.00 per day for events serving alcohol                                                                                                                                   Please see attached rental information
