Camping During the Annual Fair

The cost for a camping space on the grass in the park is $60.00. Camping will be on the tree line only this year, there will be no camping in the middle area of the park. To request a camping space, please print and fill out the application, rules and request forms (see Supporting Documents below), and return it along with a check or money order for $60.00 to:

  • All motor homes/campers must be self-contained. There will be no power or water available at the site.
     
  • Due to limited space, ONLY 4-H and FFA members with large animals in the barns, and parents, immediate family, or superintendents will be allowed to camp.
     
  • Due to the large number of requests for camping spots, the Fair cannot guarantee that you will be given the spot that you requested. You may request a campsite, or to be by a specific person and the Fair will do its best to put you there.
     
  • Applications will not be accepted until July 11, 2016, and no application will be accepted after July 29, 2016. Applications, signed rules, any requests (See Below), and fee must be in the Fair office by 5:00 p.m., July 29, 2016. You may start calling the Fair office on August 4th to find out your space number.
     
  • All adults in the campsite must have a season pass; two passes are issued with each campsite. Extras may be purchased at the Fair office.
