Chief Deputy District Attorney Matthew Jarvis

Matthew Jarvis was selected to fill an important leadership role with the District Attorneys Office.

On February 26, 2013, District Attorney Aaron Felton promoted Matthew Jarvis to the position of Chief Deputy District Attorney.

Matthew joined the Polk County District Attorney team as a Deputy District Attorney in 2011.  Since that time, Matt has prosecuted numerous Measure 11 offenses, narcotics, and serious property crime offenses.  He graduated from Brigham Young University and Willamette University College of Law.  Before starting with the District Attorneys Office, Matthew was a City Prosecutor for the City of Albany, Oregon.
